Privacy at TSYBORG.
We aim to collect as little of your data as possible, to be straightforward about what we do collect, and to give you a real human to talk to if you have questions. Last updated .
What we collect
TSYBORG.com is an informational website. We don't sell anything directly, we don't run advertising, and we don't drop tracking cookies. The only personal data we collect is what you give us through the contact form — your name, email address, organization (optional), and message — so that we can reply.
For each contact-form submission we also log a one-way SHA-256 hash of your IP address and a truncated user-agent string. These are used to detect abuse and rate-limit repeat spammers. We never see your raw IP or share it.
How we use it
We use your contact information to respond to your inquiry. We may retain inquiries for our internal records, follow-up, and to improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Third-party services we rely on
Like most modern websites, TSYBORG.com is built on top of a few infrastructure providers. Each one has its own privacy practices and sees only the data necessary for its function:
- Cloudflare — hosts the site, the database, and the contact-form Worker. Cloudflare receives standard request metadata (IP, user-agent, headers) as part of serving every page. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — protects the contact form from automated abuse. Turnstile runs invisibly in your browser and uses signals about your browser environment to determine whether you're likely a person. By using the contact form, you agree to the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Resend — delivers transactional email (the admin notification and the auto-acknowledgment we send back to you). Resend sees the email content we send to it. See Resend's privacy policy.
- Mailgun — handles inbound email at TSYBORG.com. If you write to support@tsyborg.com, Mailgun receives that message in transit. See Mailgun's privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask us to send you a copy of the data we hold on you, correct any of it, or delete it entirely. Email support@tsyborg.com with your request and we'll handle it within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
TSYBORG.com is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
